GRIFFIN RAY

Chief Executive Officer

Griffin Ray, the founder and CEO of Labyrinth Solutions LLC, is a highly motivated security professional whose extensive experience and innovative approach set the standard for crisis management and security consulting. His decade-long career is enriched with service in the special operations and intelligence communities, making him a leading figure in the field of security and crisis management.

Starting his professional journey as a Signals Intelligence Operator/Analyst with the Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Griffin displayed exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. He provided direct force protection and effectively led SIGINT operations in critical areas of Iraq and Syria, contributing to vital tactical decisions in combat situations.

His subsequent role as the Global Security Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency further honed his expertise. Entrusted with the Department of Defense's top-secret SCI clearance, Griffin represented the Global Security Division on the Ubiquitous Technological Surveillance (UTS) task force. His responsibilities included the development of training, tactics, and procedures to safeguard critical information while conducting high threat security for personnel across the Department of Defense.

In 2022, Griffin established Labyrinth Solutions LLC, inspired by his commitment to mitigating security threats and fostering safer operational environments. As the Chief Consultant and Owner, Griffin applies his extensive experience to driving sales growth for small and medium-sized businesses. He adeptly develops and implements marketing strategies, maintains relationships with key stakeholders, and translates complex customer requirements into streamlined cyber security operations and processes.

Griffin is distinguished by his ability to conduct high-level negotiation, execute interagency projects, and perform comprehensive data and metadata analysis. These skills play a crucial role in his role at Labyrinth Solutions LLC, as he actively assesses and manages potential threats. Griffin's career trajectory encapsulates the mission of Labyrinth Solutions LLC: empowering organizations through knowledge, training, and the practical application of threat mitigation strategies.

Justin Steele

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Justin Steele brings a dynamic blend of military and law enforcement experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Labyrinth Solutions. A veteran of the United States Navy and a seasoned officer with 12 years of service in two major U.S. cities, Justin has developed a comprehensive expertise spanning investigative, tactical, and administrative units.

Born and raised just outside of Memphis, Tennessee, Justin attended Middle Tennessee State University where he pursued a degree in Aerospace. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch several successful businesses that serve both civilian and law enforcement communities, demonstrating his adeptness in business management and strategic development.

Justin's career is marked by a profound commitment to service—a trait that propelled him through the ranks of the military and law enforcement, and later into successful business ventures, including the sale of his previous business. At Labyrinth Solutions, he channels this dedication into ensuring that both our clients and communities have access to the highest quality products and training available. His leadership is driven by a steadfast dedication to excellence and a deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact on society.

Frank Davis III

Lead Crisis Management Consultant

With a robust career spanning over three decades, Frank Davis III stands as a paragon of excellence in special operations and high-threat security. A retired Navy SEAL with over 34 years of experience, Frank has been at the forefront of providing specialized security services to the intelligence community. His expertise in armed, high-threat mobile support, surveillance, counter-surveillance, and conducting detailed vulnerability assessments for Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) facilities is unparalleled. His work has significantly bolstered the safety of defense attachés and their families across global embassies, underscoring his unwavering commitment to national and international security.
